By downloading, installing, or using VPNeo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VPNeo is a VPN client application for iOS. The App allows users to configure and establish VPN connections using their own server configurations. VPNeo does not provide, operate, or manage VPN servers or services. The App supports various protocols including VLESS, Reality, WebSocket, gRPC, and HTTP/2 through the Xray core.

3. User Responsibilities

By using VPNeo, you agree to:

• Provide your own VPN server configurations.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Take full responsibility for the servers you connect to and the activities you conduct through those connections.
• Ensure that your use of VPN technology is permitted in your jurisdiction.

4. No Guarantee of Service Quality

Since VPNeo is a client application and does not operate VPN servers:

• Connection speed, stability, and reliability depend entirely on your chosen server and network conditions.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of VPN connections.
• Server availability and performance are outside our control.
• Network conditions between your device and your server may affect connection quality.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and user interface, is the intellectual property of VPNeo and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use VPNeo branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements.
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any defects in the App will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VPNEO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
• Damages arising from the conduct of any third party or server you connect to.

8. Third-Party Services

VPNeo may be used in conjunction with third-party VPN servers and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms of service, or reliability of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

9. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms, the App Store Terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App obtained through the App Store.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
